Aqua One 850 UVC Ocellaris Canister Filter 850l/hr

Code: 94151

Product Description

The Aqua One 850 UVC Ocellaris Canister Filter is an external aquarium filtration system designed to provide effective mechanical and biological filtration, with the added benefit of an integrated ultraviolet clarifier. With a maximum flow rate of 850 litres per hour, it helps maintain water quality in aquariums up to 250 litres, depending on stocking levels and aquarium requirements.

The filter combines mechanical media to trap debris with biological media that provides a surface for beneficial bacteria to grow. The built-in UVC clarifier helps control free-floating algae and certain microorganisms as water passes through the unit, supporting clearer aquarium water.

Featuring three filter media baskets, a built-in primer and a quick-release tap system, the Ocellaris 850 UVC is designed for convenient setup and maintenance. Its external canister design saves space inside the aquarium and allows you to customise the filter media to suit your setup.

• Gently rinse biological media in aquarium water removed during a water change to help preserve beneficial bacteria.

• Check hoses, seals and connections regularly.

• Switch off and unplug the filter before opening it for maintenance.

• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for maintaining the UVC unit and replacing any serviceable components.

• Never operate or look directly at an exposed UV lamp; follow the product safety instructions.

Please note: Actual water flow may vary depending on installation height, filter media and plumbing configuration. The UVC function complements filtration but does not replace regular aquarium maintenance and water changes.
