Product Description

Aqua One BioNood Ceramic Noodles 600g are designed to support effective biological and mechanical filtration in freshwater and saltwater aquariums. These cylindrical ceramic noodles provide a surface for beneficial bacteria to colonise, helping maintain good water quality and a healthy aquatic environment.

Beneficial bacteria play an important role in the aquarium nitrogen cycle by converting harmful ammonia into nitrite and then into less harmful nitrate. BioNood also helps capture larger waste particles as water passes through the filter, supporting the overall filtration process.

Suitable for a wide range of filtration systems, including pressurised canister filters, hang-on filters, internal filters and wet/dry filters, Aqua One BioNood is a practical choice for establishing and maintaining biological filtration. Its durable ceramic construction makes it suitable for long-term use with routine maintenance.
