Easy to attach or remove by simply looping and pulling through the elastic loop, secured safely without a fuss. Made from post-consumer recycled materials, giving waste plastic a second life and encouraging its collection and reuse. It comes with 15 large recycled plastic poop bags, the equivalent to one standard poop bag roll which is easily replaceable when the bags run out. Simply twist the top for a quick reload.
