Bravecto® 1-Month Triple Large is a monthly, pork-flavoured chewable parasite treatment for dogs weighing over 20 kg up to 40 kg. Each chew provides one month of protection against fleas and ticks and treats several important internal and external parasites. The 3-pack provides three monthly doses.

What Does Bravecto 1-Month Triple Treat?

It provides protection against:

• Fleas

• Ticks

• Ear mites (Otodectes cynotis)

• Demodex mites

• Roundworms

• Hookworms

• Flea allergy dermatitis, as part of effective flea control

Effective flea control also indirectly reduces flea tapeworm infestation, because fleas are killed before they can contribute to transmission. However, the product is not a direct tapeworm treatment.

How to Give

For a dog weighing over 20 kg and up to 40 kg:

1. Weigh your dog to confirm the correct weight category.

2. Give one complete 400 mg chew orally.

3. Administer the chew at or around feeding time.

4. It can generally be given directly or with food.

5. Observe your dog to ensure the entire chew has been swallowed.

6. Do not break or divide the chew, as the whole tablet is required to provide the appropriate dose.

7. Repeat once every month for ongoing flea and tick protection.

Flea & Tick Protection

Each chew provides one month of flea and tick protection. For an existing flea infestation, the product information indicates that three consecutive monthly treatments may be required to help control the infestation and break the flea life cycle.

Worm & Mite Treatment

The combination of moxidectin and pyrantel provides treatment against susceptible gastrointestinal worms, particularly roundworms and hookworms.

The product also treats and controls ear mites and Demodex mites. The appropriate retreatment schedule for gastrointestinal worms can depend on the individual dog’s parasite risk, so the manufacturer recommends discussing this with your veterinarian.

Puppies

Bravecto 1-Month Triple can be used in dogs from 8 weeks of age. Puppies should be weighed regularly because their weight can change quickly and may require a different strength.

Bathing & Swimming

Because Bravecto 1-Month Triple is an oral treatment, its effectiveness is not washed off by bathing, swimming or rain. This makes it particularly convenient for dogs that regularly swim.

Important Precautions

• For dogs only.

• Use the 400 mg Large Dog chew only for dogs >20–40 kg.

• Do not split or divide the chew.

• Do not administer at intervals shorter than one month.

• Safety has not been established in pregnant, lactating or breeding dogs; use should be based on a veterinarian’s benefit-risk assessment.

• Use in puppies under 8 weeks or dogs under 1.27 kg should only be based on veterinary assessment.

• If your dog has a known sensitivity to any active ingredient or excipient, do not use.

• Bravecto 1-Month Triple does not directly treat tapeworms.
