Corydoras loxozonus

Corydoras loxozonus is a small, peaceful freshwater catfish reaching up to 1.8 in (≈4.5 cm). Known for their unique ability to tilt their eyes, appearing as if they blink, these fish are facultative air-breathers with a highly vascularized intestine that allows them to gulp atmospheric oxygen. Because of this, aquariums should have a cover and not be filled completely to the top.
