Product Description

he PetSafe Staywell Magnetic 4-Way Locking Cat Door is a practical cat flap designed to give your cat independent access while helping prevent unwanted animals from entering your home. The magnetic entry system works with the supplied magnetic collar key, so only pets wearing the key can activate the magnetic mechanism.

Key Features

• Magnetic access control – The included magnetic collar key allows your cat to activate the door while helping keep other cats and unwanted animals outside.

• 4-way locking system – Choose from:

  • Open – your cat can enter and exit freely.

  • Locked – the door remains closed.

  • In-only – your cat can come inside but cannot go back out.

  • Out-only – your cat can leave but cannot come back in.

• Magnetic collar key included – Supplied with one collar and magnetic key.

• Rigid transparent flap – Provides a durable barrier while allowing light through the opening.

• Durable plastic construction – Designed for everyday use and regular cat traffic.

• Multiple installation options – Suitable for installation in wood, glass, PVC, uPVC and metal doors, subject to the appropriate installation method.

• Suitable for cats up to approximately 7 kg according to the current Deluxe model sizing information.

• Suitable for multi-cat households – Additional magnetic collar keys can be used if several cats need access.

How the Magnetic System Works

Your cat wears the supplied magnetic key on its collar. When the cat approaches the flap, the magnetic key activates the cat door when the door is set to an access-enabled position. This means a cat without the appropriate magnetic key cannot simply push its way through the magnetic lock.

The system operates magnetically and does not require batteries for the magnetic locking mechanism.
