Petsafe Staywell Medium Pet Door – White

The PetSafe Staywell Medium Pet Door – White is a practical, durable pet door designed to give cats and medium-sized dogs independent access between indoor and outdoor areas. Its flexible flap allows pets to pass through easily while the built-in locking system gives owners control over when the door can be used.

The classic white finish provides a clean, unobtrusive appearance that suits most doors and walls.

4-Way Locking System

The Staywell Medium Pet Door provides four locking positions:

1. Fully open – Your pet can enter and exit freely.

2. Fully locked – Prevents your pet from entering or leaving.

3. Exit only – Your pet can leave the house but cannot come back inside.

4. Entry only – Your pet can come inside but cannot go back outdoors.

This gives you flexibility to manage your pet’s access throughout the day or night.

Suitable Pets

The Medium version is designed for cats and medium-sized dogs. The actual suitability depends on your pet’s body dimensions, so measuring your pet before installation is recommended.

For the most comfortable fit, your pet should be able to pass through the flap without squeezing or crouching excessively.

Flap Design

The flexible transparent flap provides a simple passageway while allowing your pet to see through the door. The flap swings open when pushed and returns toward the closed position after your pet passes through.

The flap is also replaceable, making it possible to maintain the pet door without replacing the complete unit if the original flap becomes worn or damaged.

Installation

The Staywell Medium Pet Door can be installed into a suitable wooden, metal or other compatible door, depending on the specific installation requirements.

For glass, double-glazed units or certain wall installations, a suitable PetSafe installation adaptor or professional installation may be required.

Before cutting the installation opening, carefully check the template and measure your pet to ensure the correct position and height.
