Product Description

The PetSafe ScoopFree Replacement Litter Tray – Blue Crystals is a convenient, pre-filled disposable litter tray designed specifically for PetSafe ScoopFree self-cleaning crystal litter boxes. It comes ready to use with Premium Blue Crystal Litter, eliminating the need to scoop, clean or refill the tray between replacements.

Key Features

• Pre-filled with Premium Blue Crystal Litter – Ready to install straight into your compatible ScoopFree litter box.

• Disposable tray design – Simply remove the used tray and replace it with a fresh one.

• No scooping required – The ScoopFree automatic rake moves solid waste into the covered waste trap.

• Excellent odour control – Crystal litter absorbs urine and helps dehydrate solid waste to reduce unpleasant smells.

• Low tracking – The crystals are designed to remain in the litter tray rather than sticking heavily to your cat’s paws.

• 99% dust-free – Helps reduce dust and mess around the litter box.

• Leak protection – The plastic tray lining provides an additional barrier against leaks.

• Covered waste trap – Helps contain solid waste and odours.

• Efficient litter use – PetSafe states that crystal litter uses approximately 5–10 times less litter than traditional clay or clumping litter.

• Easy storage – Disposable trays can be conveniently stacked until needed.

How It Works

The tray slides directly into a compatible PetSafe ScoopFree self-cleaning litter box. The tray is already filled with the correct amount of Premium Blue Crystal Litter, so there is no need to measure or add litter.

During normal operation, the automatic rake removes solid waste and deposits it into the covered waste trap. The crystal litter absorbs urine and moisture while helping dry solid waste, reducing odour and keeping the litter area fresher.

When the tray reaches the end of its useful life, simply remove the complete tray and dispose of it, then install a new pre-filled tray.

How Long Does One Tray Last?

For a single cat, one tray can last up to approximately 30 days, depending on your cat’s size, diet, usage and environmental conditions. PetSafe recommends replacing trays approximately:

• 1 cat: every 20–30 days

• 2 cats: every 10–15 days

• 3 cats: every 7–10 days

High humidity can shorten the lifespan because the crystals absorb moisture from the surrounding environment.

Odour Control

The Premium Blue Crystal Litter is designed to absorb urine and moisture quickly while dehydrating solid waste. PetSafe states that the blue crystal litter provides up to 5× better odour reduction than traditional clay and clumping litter. The covered waste trap also helps contain waste and unpleasant smells.

Compatibility

The tray is designed for use with PetSafe ScoopFree Crystal Self-Cleaning Litter Boxes. It is not intended as a universal tray for other brands or conventional litter boxes.
